Craig Newson

Craig is a Chartered Accountant with Big Four experience and a strong practical understanding of business operations. Before entering the accounting profession, he spent eight years as a chef in the hospitality industry, giving him first-hand insight into the pace, pressure and daily decisions involved in running a business.

Approachable and thorough in his work, Craig is passionate about helping people gain clarity and confidence in their financial decisions. He has a natural ability to explain accounting and tax in a way that is clear, relevant and grounded in each client’s wider goals.

Craig values integrity, strong communication and long-term relationships. He takes the time to understand the people behind the business, offering steady guidance and practical support as they move forward.

A Bay of Plenty local, Craig grew up in Te Puke and enjoys staying connected to his community. Outside of work, he spends time with his wife and children, coaches his son’s football team and is actively involved in church life.
